LODGING POLICIES

This is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days* prior to your arrival date.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days* notice your credit card will be billed for a one nights stay.
We have a two (2) night minimum.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Dietary Restrictions: Your dietary restrictions are very important to us. Please advise us, of any restrictions at the time of booking, thank you.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM. If you need to arrive after 8pm, please call to advise us.
A valid I.D. must be presented at check in.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking Inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
No Pets, Murphy gets jealous.
No coolers are allowed in the bedrooms, only on the front or back porch.
No candles are allowed in the B&B unless the candles are battery operated.
Children are allowed with well behaved parents, based on availability. We have only one room that can accommodate an extra person ($35.00 additional charge applies). We don't have cribs or rollaway beds.
Completion of your reservation request, will constitute your agreeing to our policies.

Property Practice:
1. We emphasize the practice of social distancing and the use of face masks
2. Room keys are sanitized and instructions are given at check in
Guest Room Practice:
1. Each room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. All
surfaces, furniture, linens and amenities are sanitized.
2. Each room will stand vacant for no less than 24 hours between guests.
3. Once your room is cleaned and ready for you, it is locked so no one can enter
your room prior to your arrival.
4. We will not provide cleaning during your stay. We encourage you to request
any amenities or supplies that need to be replenished during your stay.
Food Service:
We will continue to provide a delicious breakfast that is individually plated.
Additional Cover-19 Guest Policies:
1. If you are feeling unwell, please contact by phone so we can reschedule your
stay---please do not try and travel
2. If while you are at the B&B and you become unwell, we request that you
contact us and make arrangements to return home
3. We ask all guests to practice Social Distancing during your stay

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are non-transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
